You may return Unopened products for exchange or refund within 15 days of invoice date.
All unopened returns will be subject to 15% restocking fee.
All products are covered by manufacturer's warranty against defects. If a product is proven defective within 30 days from the date of your invoice, we can assist with repairing or exchanging that product, according to terms of the manufacturer's warranty
To return merchandise, please call customer service at r (818)886-3435 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Once you have been issued an RMA number, you must ship the product so that it reaches us within 10 days. After 10 business days, a refund will not be given. All RMA numbers must appear on the shipping labels. All items must be returned with original packaging, including all warranty cards, manuals, cables, accessories, components, etc. Incomplete returns will result in a delay of your refund and possibly a refusal of your return. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments.
We charge 9.5% California sales tax ONLY on orders shipped to California address.
Other states sales tax will be calculated at check out.
